The Columbus International Film + Video Festival (CIF+VF) announces a new slate of divisions for 2009 which celebrate the traditional forms of cinema while charting a road map to the future of film. You’ll find familiar divisions, like Social Issues or Science & Technology, but you’ll also find innovations, such as the groundbreaking “Basement” division.
